Custom Modern Dwellings

Lake Circle Dr. was a custom single family home.  The clients for this project sought this lot specifically for its location along a wooded creek.  The triangular shape of the lot created a challenge to create a large enough home within the tight setback constraints of the unusual lot shape, while still allowing for a family sized pool and a large, private outdoor living area that took advantage of the beautiful woods beyond.  Ikon worked with the clients and architect from the very beginning to collaboratively solve the challenges of space, shape and budget, resulting in a private oasis in the midst of a dense urban neighborhood.
