Custom Modern Dwellings

Duplex project, with each unit 2,300sf 3BR/3BA.  This design was intended to harken back to some mid-century elements, with utilization of extended roof eaves and the blending of traditional with modern.  The neighborhood is a rapidly gentrifying one, and this project offered the buyers large private yards in close proximity to dining and shopping.
