ABOUT THIS PROJECT

6-unit townhome project. We wanted to take advantage of the site's unique positioning on a small hill with views directly to Downtown Dallas. One objective was to avoid a cluttered site layout, achieved through the recessing of some building faces, allowing for ground-level courtyards. The floor plans were designed to maximize the interaction with the outdoor spaces, achieved through large glass sections providing an abundance of natural light. Each unit is 3BR/3BA, with massive rooftop decks. Situated in proximity to higher end homes, the design and finishes were intended to appeal to a more discriminating buyer. Much of the siding is clad in limestone masonry units, contrasted against textured metal.
